“Another plumber told me I needed to replace 12 metres of pipe to fix a drainage issue and quoted me several thousand dollars. Ray was the only one who took the time to properly assess the situation and explain that there was no need to dig up my backyard or replace the pipes. Instead, he used a camera inspection and high-pressure jetting to fix the problem — at a fraction of the original quote. It was clear from the start that he was focused on doing what was necessary, not what was most expensive. Since then, he’s completed other work for me and has always been professional, punctual, and respectful. It’s rare to find a tradesperson you can genuinely trust, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.”
